Choose the service you would like.
Choose the ratio (number of people) you would like to book. If you have 4 in your group and you prefer to each pay separately, you must all pay for 1 person.
Choose the quantity (duration of the service). For example, if you would like to book three days of guiding, choose three days.
Multipitch, Singlepitch and private clinic dates are subject to availability. Please contact me to confirm the dates before booking these services.
If I am already booked during the dates you request, I will book you in with one of my ACMG guiding team members.

Cancellations made by Kinley Aitken Guiding will be eligible for a 100% refund.
Some scheduled clinics require a minimum number of enrolled participants to run. If registration is too low for your clinic to run you will be offered to take part in a clinic on a different day OR pay the difference for the clinic on your scheduled day (as per private guiding rates) OR receive a 100% refund.
Trip cancellation insurance is recommended.
Weather
Weather can be unpredictable year-round and thus it is impractical to issue refunds in the event of poor weather. Often the weather can prove to be fairer than the forecast predicts and the rock in Squamish can dry quickly offering favourable climbing conditions even after heavy rains. Guides may choose to change objectives or locations based on weather conditions.
Clinics & single pitch: Will run in the event of wet weather as many sheltered venues in the Sea to Sky corridor work well for learning/ practising skills and single pitch climbing.
Multi-pitch: Your guide will keep a keen eye on the local forecasts and contact you the day before the scheduled climb to discuss options including postponement. In the case of weather that does not allow for the multipitch objective to be met, you will be offered either to receive a half day of private instruction or single-pitch climbing in locations that stay dry (and a refund for the difference in cost) OR a 50% refund.
Postponements and pre-paid days must be used within the calendar year that they were booked.
Waiver
As all activities we perform in the mountains carry a degree of risk, each participant must complete a liability waiver before each clinic or guided trip. Electronic waivers are provided upon booking for your review and each participant must complete a paper waiver the first morning of the trip.
Minors must have an ‘acknowledgement of risk’ form signed by a parent or guardian.
Copies of the waiver and ‘acknowledgement of risk’ form (if applicable) will be sent electronically in advance for each participant’s review, however, a paper copy will be provided the morning of the trip for completion in the presence of your guide.
